Please allow for 5-7 Business Days processing time for your print order. 

If a card or print has run out of stock, additional time may be required to order more through our local fine art printers.

 

For Continental United States Shipping only:

$6.00 for Card/Print Orders under $50

Free Shipping All Card/Print Orders over $50

For International Shipping:

We do not have International Shipping available through the checkout at this time.

If you live outside the United States and wish to make a purchase, please contact valkat.fineart@gmail.com to coordinate shipping.

At this time all originals can only be arranged with the artist to be hand-delivered at this time, limiting the purchasing area to Central Wisconsin (USA). If you live outside of WI and wish to make a purchase please contact valkat.fineart@gmail.com.

Return Policy

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the time of your purchase. If 30 days have passed from the time of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

We are unable to offer full refunds, but there are certain situations where exchanges or partial refunds may be granted (if applicable and all eligibility requirements are met).

As a small business, your support in purchasing our artwork means so much and we want everyone to be satisfied with their purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer you an exchange of the artwork for another piece of equal or lesser value. Please use the form on the "Contact" page or email valkat.fineart@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return or exchange: 

  • Your item must be have not been removed from it's protective sleeve, displayed, or used in any way

  • It is in the same condition you received it

  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase

  • It is a regular priced item (sale items are not eligible)

  • It is not a commissioned artwork or contracted work

Any item not in its original condition & is damaged for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for an exchange.

If your print is damaged in transit, or the unlikely event that it arrives with a defect:

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or are damaged in transit.

If you meet the exchange eligibility requirements, send us an email at valkat.fineart@gmail.com

Shipping:
To return or exchange your product, please email valkat.fineart@gmail.com

and send your item to: PO Box 134 Kendall, WI 54638.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return/exchange is received and inspected:

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed.

 

Regarding partial refund situations: a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
